digitalmotor is the guild organizer for topdeadcenter, a World of Warcraft: Forever guild. It is run by the guild's officers for guild members only. This page says what it keeps and why, in plain words.

What it keeps

• Your Discord id, username, display name and avatar, so the guild knows who you are.
• Your rank in the guild's Discord server, worked out from your server roles, so officers see officer tools and everyone else doesn't.
• What you tell the check-in: class, spec, raid role, character name and any note to the officers.
• Guild records: your raid team, attendance, wishlist, loot you received, and events you sign up for.
• A log of changes (who changed what, and when), so mistakes can be traced and fixed.

What it never does

• Never asks for your password, payment details or anything else of the kind. Sign-in happens on discord.com, and Discord only shares your name and avatar.
• Never reads your Discord messages, voice or online status.
• Never sells or shares your information. It isn't used for ads.

Who sees what

Guild members can see the roster: who plays which class, spec and role, and who signed up for events. Officer notes and the loot council's working are visible to officers only. You can see your own record any time after signing in.

Removing your information

Ask any topdeadcenter officer and they'll remove your record. Leaving the guild's Discord server stops any further messages.
